You will receive a custom bracket that mounts onto your Rawrr Mantis X, the Brembo brake caliper, brake line, and the brake lever ( along with several washers as spacers for the mount. You will need to bleed your brakes with Dot 4 brake fluid. Plenty of youtube videos on that procedure.
